Our standard engagement follows five stages: (1) Discovery — we consult with you to understand your business challenge, objectives, and success criteria; (2) Design — we develop a research proposal with methodology, timeline, and cost; (3) Fieldwork — we execute data collection using approved instruments; (4) Analysis — we analyze data using appropriate statistical and qualitative techniques; (5) Delivery — we present findings through a detailed report and, optionally, a live presentation. You remain involved throughout with review checkpoints at each stage.
Timelines vary significantly based on project complexity, sample size, geography, and methodology. As a general guide: a focused quantitative survey may take 3–4 weeks; a comprehensive multi-country study may take 8–12 weeks; qualitative projects typically require 4–6 weeks. We will always provide a detailed timeline in our proposal, and we're experienced in managing expedited projects when urgency requires it.
Yes, absolutely. Every client is assigned a dedicated project manager who serves as your primary point of contact. You'll receive regular progress updates, fieldwork status reports, and will be consulted before any significant decisions are made. We use a collaborative approach and believe clients should be informed partners throughout the research process, not just recipients of a final report.
Minor refinements early in the project can usually be accommodated at no extra cost. Significant scope changes — such as adding countries, increasing sample size, or substantially revising the questionnaire after fieldwork has begun — may require a revised timeline and additional fees. We'll always discuss the implications with you before proceeding with any changes.

Data quality is central to everything we do. Our quality assurance framework includes: respondent verification and de-duplication; logic and consistency checks during fieldwork; speeder detection and trap questions to identify low-quality responses; data validation against known benchmarks; and rigorous statistical cleaning before analysis. We are ISO 20252 compliant and adhere to ESOMAR international research standards.
We recruit participants through a variety of channels depending on the target audience. For consumer research, we use established online panels, social media recruitment, and field teams. For B2B or specialist audiences, we use professional databases, industry associations, and targeted recruitment. For all projects, we apply strict quota controls to ensure the sample is representative of your target population.
Standard deliverables include a comprehensive research report (PowerPoint and PDF), an executive summary, and, for quantitative projects, a data file with cleaned, weighted data (Excel or SPSS/CSV). We can also produce infographics, dashboard-ready datasets, video summaries, and custom visualizations upon request. Our pricing is project-based and depends on several factors: research methodology (quantitative vs. qualitative), sample size and target audience complexity, geographic scope, timeline requirements, and the level of analysis and deliverables required. We provide a detailed, transparent proposal with full cost breakdown before you commit to anything. There are no hidden fees. Contact us with your brief and we'll prepare a custom quotation within 48–72 hours.
Our standard terms require a 50% deposit before project commencement, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of final deliverables. For larger, longer-term projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment structures. We accept bank transfer and provide formal invoices. Project cancellations are handled according to the terms in our project agreement. Generally, fees for work completed to date and any non-recoverable third-party costs (such as panel fees or fieldwork expenses already incurred) are payable. 🔒 Privacy & Security
Absolutely. All client data, research briefs, strategic information, and project outputs are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs before any project discussions. Our team members operate under binding confidentiality agreements, and we use AES-256 encrypted systems for data storage and transfer. Your research findings will never be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
We take respondent privacy extremely seriously. All participants provide informed consent before taking part in any research. Individual-level data is never shared with clients — only aggregated, anonymized findings. Yes. For all research involving participants in the European Economic Area, we follow GDPR-compliant data handling procedures including lawful basis for processing, data minimization, purpose limitation, and participant rights (access, deletion, portability). We also comply with ISO 20252 international market research standards. Our data security infrastructure uses industry-leading AES-256 encryption.
Upon full payment, clients receive exclusive ownership of the final research deliverables (reports, data files, presentations) for their commissioned project. However, Azilytics Insights retains ownership of the underlying methodologies, research frameworks, survey design approaches, and proprietary analytical tools.
